Column name Description
Current Price A rough estimate of the current market price of an item
Offer Price Approximate low price. This should be close to the real market instant-sell price
Sell Price Approximate high price. This should be close to the real market instant-buy price
Tax How much tax would be paid if you sold an item in the Grand Exchange at the sell price
Profit Potential profit if you bought an item at the offer price, and then sold it at the sell price. This takes into account the sell tax

Buying Quantity Approximately how many units of an item has been bought in the past hour
Selling Quantity Approximately how many units of an item has been sold in the past hour

A high buy/sell ratio would suggest high demand for an item, and likely a rising price trend. Conversely a ratio below 1.0 means more people are selling an item than buying it. A low buy/sell ratio would suggest low demand for an item, and likely a falling price trend
